PROCEDURE TEXT
1.        How to make simple pelecing kangkung
Ingredients
Ø  Materials :
·         a bundle of Kankung Lombok ¼ kg. (depend the amount of person)
·         1 bean sprouts (tauge)
Ø  Seasoning :
·        red pepper
·        fish preserves (terasi)
·        tomato vegetables
·        salt
·        sugar
·        jeruk limau
Step :
·       Boil ½ liters of water in a 3 liters pan.
·       After boiling, put in 2 tea-spoon of salt
·       Cut the hard part of Kankung and clean it, then put them in the boiling water
·       Wait until the Kankung is well-cooked
·       Put out from the pan after well-cooked
·       Boil the sprout then put out from the pan.

Ø  Make the seasoning: 
·       Smooth them with pepper, salt and fish preserves with tomatos and sugar.
·       Cut the cooled Kangkung into 2 or 3 parts, put in wide plate and pour the sprout
·       Mix it with the seasoning mixture
·       Finally. Pelecing kangkung ready to served. It will be enjoyed to be eaten with krupuk and hot rice.
2.        How to make perfect a glass of Lemonade
Ingredients :
Ø 1 cup white, sugar (can reduce to ¾ cup)
Ø 1 cup water
Ø 1 cup lemon juice
Ø 2 to 3 cups cold water
Step :
Ø Make a simple syrup. Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir so that the sugar dissolves completely and remove from heat.
Ø While the water is heating for the simple syrup, juice your lemons. Depending on the size of the lemons, 4 to 6 of them should be enough for one cup of juice.
Ø Pour the juice and simple syrup sugar water intoa serving pitcher. Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water and taste. Add more water if you would like it to be more diluted. If the lemonade is a little sweet for you state, add a little more a straight lemon juice to it.
Ø Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes
Ø Serve with ice, sliced lemons.
3.        How to make Sambal Lalapan
Ingredients :
Ø Materials :
·         Vegetables : kangkung, long beans, cabbage,
·         Lemongrass
·         Fish
Ø Seasoning :
·         Union
·         Garlic
·         Red chili
·         Tomatoes
·         Dried shrimp
·         Vegetable Oil
·         Fish sauce
·         Palm sugar
·         Salt
Steps :
Ø   Add vegetable oil into pan and turn the beat heat to medium.
Ø   Once the oil is up to temperature, add chili and garlic to the pan and saute until the chiles wilt and become softer in texture.
Ø   Transfer chiles, Fish sauce, Palm sugar, Tomatoes, Salt to mortar and pastie or blender with slotted spoon, leaving the oil in the for later.
Ø   Pour into a minute and fried until thickened a bit .
Ø   Put wide plate and put the kankung, cabbage, fried fish , long beans. And Sambal lalapan ready to served.
