PROCEDURE TEXT

1.        How to make simple pelecing kangkung

Ingredients

Ø  Materials :

·         a bundle of Kankung Lombok ¼ kg. (depend the amount of person)

·         1 bean sprouts (tauge)

Ø  Seasoning :

·        red pepper

·        fish preserves (terasi)

·        tomato vegetables

·        salt

·        sugar

·        jeruk limau

Step :

·       Boil ½ liters of water in a 3 liters pan.

·       After boiling, put in 2 tea-spoon of salt

·       Cut the hard part of Kankung and clean it, then put them in the boiling water

·       Wait until the Kankung is well-cooked

·       Put out from the pan after well-cooked

·       Boil the sprout then put out from the pan.

Ø  Make the seasoning: 

·       Smooth them with pepper, salt and fish preserves with tomatos and sugar.

·       Cut the cooled Kangkung into 2 or 3 parts, put in wide plate and pour the sprout

·       Mix it with the seasoning mixture

·       Finally. Pelecing kangkung ready to served. It will be enjoyed to be eaten with krupuk and hot rice.

2.        How to make perfect a glass of Lemonade

Ingredients :

Ø 1 cup white, sugar (can reduce to ¾ cup)

Ø 1 cup water

Ø 1 cup lemon juice

Ø 2 to 3 cups cold water

Step :

Ø Make a simple syrup. Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir so that the sugar dissolves completely and remove from heat.

Ø While the water is heating for the simple syrup, juice your lemons. Depending on the size of the lemons, 4 to 6 of them should be enough for one cup of juice.

Ø Pour the juice and simple syrup sugar water intoa serving pitcher. Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water and taste. Add more water if you would like it to be more diluted. If the lemonade is a little sweet for you state, add a little more a straight lemon juice to it.

Ø Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes

Ø Serve with ice, sliced lemons.

3.        How to make Sambal Lalapan

Ingredients :

Ø Materials :

·         Vegetables : kangkung, long beans, cabbage,

·         Lemongrass

·         Fish

Ø Seasoning :

·         Union

·         Garlic

·         Red chili

·         Tomatoes

·         Dried shrimp

·         Vegetable Oil

·         Fish sauce

·         Palm sugar

·         Salt

Steps :

Ø   Add vegetable oil into pan and turn the beat heat to medium.

Ø   Once the oil is up to temperature, add chili and garlic to the pan and saute until the chiles wilt and become softer in texture.

Ø   Transfer chiles, Fish sauce, Palm sugar, Tomatoes, Salt to mortar and pastie or blender with slotted spoon, leaving the oil in the for later.

Ø   Pour into a minute and fried until thickened a bit .

Ø   Put wide plate and put the kankung, cabbage, fried fish , long beans. And Sambal lalapan ready to served.

Advertisement an interesting about somthing. An advertisement purpose to promote specific about thing like bar, place of job, and any ideas pay by a sponsor.  we can see theother advertisement in around of us. The other  advertisement have any kinds followed :

a.       According general advertisment

It is aim to spread the message to informatif characteristic, education until they responsible to sosial mistake about specific society

b.      According specific advertisement it is aim use media like Television, Radio, Tape Recorder.

To use advertisement in a classroom. Such as learning to read and to know what the figurative language used. The teacher can ask to the student what the kind advertisement terms? And what the purpose od advertisement in society and refers to media like, magazine, film and etc. And the teacher to convey the student look for example of the advertisement and correct in front of class.

2.      Animation Movie

Animation movie is process of creating illusion of motion and shape change. It is an improvement upon slide projector. The device may be use a slide.

The process of teaching  the teacher can display the animation movie. The student task to watching the movie. and then, after finish, the teacher give assigment  what is conclusion about the movie. Like who is the main actor, what are they haveantagonist or protagonist? It is the movie interesting to learning process and how to application in the world of education.

3.      Radio

Use this media in teaching it is simple a manner in learning process. The teacher can display a radio and the student can use listening skills in the language class can be understand it. The teacher display about news may be. And the student has a chance to write the information about what is they get from radio. And then, they have to exchange to an other friends and correct the news together.
